Pros
Ability to directly assist students and your community, vacation/time off is extremely generous, decent healthcare.
Cons
Where to I begin? The HR department needs to be gutted. They never return phone calls or emails queries, have a subpar on boarding process (it doesn't exist), send out communication with private information (letters, emails, etc) to the incorrect people, and make the similar errors when submitting paperwork to healthcare providers and retirement accounts. Everything stems from HR.
