Pros
Mostly great people working at the college. Staff and faculty genuinely demonstrate concern for students and doing the right thing. Compensation is competitive and college is stable.
Cons
Extremely fast growth (multiple campuses opening in past couple years) have stretched resources. Even with new campuses opening, existing campuses tend to be extremely overcrowded, with little room for staff or class expansion. This further impacts students by not being able to offer sufficient courses to meet demand in popular subjects/programs. Operating practices are an odd mix of high tech and antiquated manual operations leading to confusion at times and downright system failure at others (e.g., student record system going down during the peak of registration).
