      Pros

      - Really hands off with adjuncts/lots of autonomy - Help if you need it, but you have a lot of latitude in text, syllabus etc. - Relatively good at scheduling once you have some seniority

      Cons

      - Really hard to get full time - You will lose your choice classes if a full-time-er wants your slot
