Pros
Great leave benefits. Relaxed atmosphere despite some busy times. There's a real chance to impact students and the community here.
Cons
Lack of merit raises promotes employee mediocrity in some faculty/staff who aren't intrinsically motivated. Very little incentive to go above and beyond.
