Pros
Casual environment. People are easy going. Good benefits and guaranteed raises every year. Winter and Spring break off. Tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Poor communication at all levels. IT understaffed and unable to keep up current trends in software. Hiring process can take anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks. No sense of urgency or sense of responsibility. Deadlines are ignored, meetings have no agendas or purpose and that seems to be ok with people. Poor employee recognition - leadership does not role model values of the college.
