Pros
They do a good job creating a positive working environment and I learned a lot working here. Genuinely recommend. Lower management has been great and everyone really is on the same team.
Cons
The current Culinary department chair is a better teacher than a chair. don't get me wrong, she has accomplished a lot, however, I was made promises by her and other senior management that I quickly realized they had no ability or wish to fulfill and those promotions and positions went to other people. As a student I knew this was never a career and the job is set up to employ those currently in the program and then cycle new ones, this is a good thing, but It can start to get confusing though when the senior students are expected to start taking somewhat of a management and training position but aren't really supported or officially put in those positions.
