      Great benefits, co-workers are always friendly, good incentives for loans/debit card sales, sometimes you can get good hours.

      Cons

      Lonely all day shifts, barely any appreciation, not enough training, you are not notified of anything serious, they shove certain products down your throat and demand you to sell it. If you don't, you get written up.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
