      Pros

      I enjoyed working with different people with a variety of different backgrounds, providing each of them with whatever products they needed such as payday loans, bill pay or debit card transactions.

      Cons

      I spent seven plus years with this company and realized there was no room for advancement. When management changed you saw nepotism.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
