      Good attitude and work ethic at corporate office.

      Cons

      Previous decision made to outsource some departments to third party company. Same third party company worked with employees prior to outsourcing and told employees they were only there to "help" and would not take anyone's job, before outsourcing occurred.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
