      - Assessments & Trainings are not that hard - Get to work with kiddos and know your work is meaningful - Can up hours by subbing

      Cons

      - Trainings are long - Hours are iffy; when I first started, I barely met the 16 hours per week. - Can get a lot of last-minute cancellations from clients :(

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
