      Pros

      There are many opportunities for growth; I started as a BI and worked my way up to BCBA level supervisor. I love my coworkers and I feel supported by my quality managers, program managers, and area director. I get to make my own schedule and I have great benefits.

      Cons

      Although I get to make my schedule, my appointments can be very late (up to 8pm) due to family's availabilities.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
