      The company culture is great and very supportive. They value their employees and are always looking to improve on employee retention and job satisfaction.

      Cons

      Pay is not always competitive. Sick leave is limited to only 3 days. 401 K matching is inconsistent.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
