      Flexible schedule, great supervisors, paid training and ongoing help from supervisors

      Cons

      Sometimes cannot get enough hours, clients can cancel and you’re just out of work (and pay) for the day, pretty much no way to be full time unless you are a supervisor

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
