      1. Difficult to schedule new clients, especially if they require more than 1 day/week of therapy. 2. Lots of driving that is not covered since they pair you with clients within a certain distance from your house. 3. May require you to work weekends

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
