      -Friendly and helpful coworkers -Great hands on training

      Cons

      -Kept adding new policies and procedures, which over burdened families and staff -Seemed like 10 different emails for HR -Will only promote within, if there is an opening, and might be in a different location

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
