      Pros

      Lot’s of autonomy but promote working as a team. Easy going environment with great management team. The company promotes a great work culture where everyone feels welcomed.

      Cons

      Like in any ABA company high turn over rate. Unstable hours due to sickness or cancellations in the part of families or staff(therapists).

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
