      Flexible schedule & easy to find a cover if you need to take an unexpected day off...

      Cons

      Drive time is not always paid (not paid for 1st or last client) Supervisors arent the friendliest sometimes.... Actual training is thorough but doesnt prepare you for real situations that may arise (Uncooperative child, etc..) Upper management is IMPOSSIBLE to contact!

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
