      Rewarding working with kiddos. Everyone is super kind for the most part.

      Cons

      Drives from session to session could be annoying. Last minute cancellations are inconvenient. Hours are inconsistent you can get staffed with only 1 client to all of a sudden 3.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
