Pros
Loved working with the kids and great families, supervisors were great, learned so much about Autism and ABA, they pay for you to become an RBT, diverse range of clients and co-workers, can make your own schedule
Cons
Not much opportunity to advance, no gas reimbursement unless back to back sessions, no benefits for part-time employees, hard to become full time, sometimes felt like training wasn't enough for certain situations
