      All of the employees are super friendly and willing to help you out. The training was extensive and really in-depth. There is plenty of room to grow in the company

      Some of the small details were not followed through on. There was a lack of communication at times.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
