      Pros

      Great experience if going into the field. Most supervisors friendly and helpful. Good for someone with little to no experience in the work force.

      Cons

      Communication for cancellations not very professional. Work hours are not stable. System to make sure you get paid for all work and travel time is too complicated.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
