      Great supervisors and interventionists, flexible hours

      Cons

      Difficulty getting extra hours and cancellations happen a lot. I am working on my MA and getting my supervised hours has been taking way too long. I applied for supervision hours at the start of my program. I'm about to complete my degree and have collected zero hours, which ids extremely frustrating. Career advancement is not as easy as promised.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
