      Pros

      They provide really good training to help equip you for RBT credentialing. Their supervisors are always helpful and supportive. They are also really good at getting you with clients that work with your availability.

      Cons

      If you do not like driving, then I do not recommend it. There may be times where you will need to be traveling to clients' homes for services.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
