      They really value pouring into their employees and encourage upward mobility.

      Cons

      As with any company in this field, there is a lack of stability in work hours as there is a lot of turnover in clients and therapists. It is a difficult job to make a career out of unless you decide to become a BACB.

      - very team oriented - supportive management - independence (you won’t have anyone micromanaging you) - flexible hours - lots of people are willing to answer questions during and after training - emotionally rewarding - you will likely build strong relationships with families and staff

      Cons

      - short, not very comprehensive, training period - you will likely need to work holidays - the job can be very overwhelming for the pay - client families and employees may take frustrations out on you because you’re the first point of contact - policies often change on very short notice - poor communication from higher-ups
