      ACES is always supportive making sure their employees understand their role and what they need to do. Every supervisor ive had has been very supportive and has made me feel comfortable to ask them for clarity on how to go about a situation during a session.

      Cons

      Did not receive a raise until i brought one up after 3 years.

      Pros

      - very team oriented - supportive management - independence (you won’t have anyone micromanaging you) - flexible hours - lots of people are willing to answer questions during and after training - emotionally rewarding - you will likely build strong relationships with families and staff

      Cons

      - short, not very comprehensive, training period - you will likely need to work holidays - the job can be very overwhelming for the pay - client families and employees may take frustrations out on you because you’re the first point of contact - policies often change on very short notice - poor communication from higher-ups
