Pros
It feels great to know that you're helping not only a child, but also their families. The supervisors are also incredibly helpful and supportive.
Cons
- Insanely unorganized!! - Lack of hours, I would be scheduled M-F but only work 3 to 4 hour shifts a day (usually in the middle of the day, so it was hard to work another part time job) - Not the best pay for the amount of work that's expected - Training was on an iPad, so we learned practically nothing and the program/internet had many issues - HR does not know how to talk to employees appropriately
