Pros
Extremely rewarding and fulfilling working with the kiddos, you build a special bond with each client and it’s always amazing to watch them learn and have fun
Cons
Only paid during session, def not a great way to make money unless you are able and willing to work from 8am-8pm and only get paid for the sessions for example you can end up getting only paid for 9 hours in a day that long. Should def be a salary based job not hourly.
