      Many of the teams like scheduling and more can fall behind on work and you often will receive cancelations extremally close to the session start time

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
