      Pros

      Everyone i worked with for the most part was amzing, there were a handful of people who actually cared about the kids and the RBTs who made it worth it. Upper management kinda sucks but if you do end up getting good supervisors and BCBA's it makes it all worth it.

      Cons

      Some of the workers shouldn't be working with kids with special needs. This company hires anyone and has horrible turnover because of scheduling.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
