      Flexible with your school and work schedule. Great job if you are interested in ABA long term! Supportive supervisors to help you along the way!

      Cons

      Can get burnt out easily if you don’t look out for your own mental health. Not many therapists in the region, so supervisors are always reaching out for extending clients session. No bereavement benefits.

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
