      - Strong processes - Supportive director - Easy software - Training - Community - Meaningful work - Flexible schedule

      - Demanding - Lack of resources - High turnover rate of immediate staff - Pay is low for the amount of work and being in bay area - Little room for growth unless you want to get BCBA certified..which isnt much of a pay increase

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
