Important details are routinely omitted, forcing drivers to guess what's going on instead of knowing. Drivers have no steady communications channel, for instead of one fleet manager per driver, a sizable team of nameless fleet managers (well over a dozen) manages the whole fleet. Driver home time is viewed as a necessary evil.
