Pros

Salary was alright Colleagues are friendly

Cons

Benefits: No employer contribution on 401k. Bare minimum on time off, mediocre medical plan. COO has terrible communication and controls many aspects of the company creating a very challenging environment. Will ignore communications for long periods of time and when you finally get in contact-she will talk for hours about irrelavent matters (no exaggeration) but not allow even a moment for you to get a word in. So don't expect to ever have questions answered unless it suits her. Very unprofessional and unreliable in a lot of ways. Hardly involves management in decisions involving their team causing a lot of frustration and inability to communicate properly with team. It's not a terrible place, just not a fufilling place to work at all. If these things do not matter to you then go for it. Another issue is that there's no process for internal promotion. You literally have to be "hand-picked". Awful. The company lacks values - I advise you to build a career elsewhere.

Pros

Good benefits including health, dental, 401k, and a paid volunteer day. Great company culture with an emphasis on engagement and team connection.

Cons

Training is presented as a longer-term ramp, but in practice there are early evaluations within the first few weeks that can impact continuation in the role. The environment moves quickly, with mock calls, presentations, and assessments introduced early on. It’s a fast-paced setting that may be a great fit for individuals who are comfortable adapting quickly under pressure and performing while still learning new systems. For others, it may be helpful to have a clearer understanding of how early these elements are introduced in the process.
