Pros

There are many pros. Free snacks are given every Tuesday and Thursday. The company provides a base pay plus commission. The commission structure won't really change too much unless you begin to hit the metrics. The VP of the office is very bubbly and fun. Just don't forget he's a manager so he may have to play that role once or twice other than that he makes the days go by super easy. The company has two buildings 1720 and 1040. If you are going to 1040 you'll like it. Think about it like high school. Work hard and have a few friends and you will last long.

Cons

They advertise the base is 3.5k a month. It'll be 2.2k a month. You will need to hit the commission to really survive. A few things to be cautious is that the company is they are majorly Russian. My advice "get in if you can fit in" but stay to yourself. Most people working here are like crabs in a barrel. They appear nice but if they see you driving a certain car or doing good they may start trying to associate with you only to see how they can get rid of you(they love to gossip). There are two positions they hire for majorly. AE and SDR. The SDR position provides real opportunities to make money. Being an AE is really hard. You will be told that as an AE you are expected to hit commission after 6 months. This is discouraging and some get cut before then. My advice is to keep your business to YOURSELF and be diligent. You will succeed. If they do choose to "not feel comfortable" with you working there you will be let go without notice.

Pros

Good benefits including health, dental, 401k, and a paid volunteer day. Great company culture with an emphasis on engagement and team connection.

Cons

Training is presented as a longer-term ramp, but in practice there are early evaluations within the first few weeks that can impact continuation in the role. The environment moves quickly, with mock calls, presentations, and assessments introduced early on. It’s a fast-paced setting that may be a great fit for individuals who are comfortable adapting quickly under pressure and performing while still learning new systems. For others, it may be helpful to have a clearer understanding of how early these elements are introduced in the process.
