Management. If you have a good leader you can succeed here but with a bad leader you will be micromanaged and unappreciated. Inbound prospect is a boys club ( might just be my specific office) but the boys get a type of recognition that the women in this division don’t. High quotas and fairness of quota distribution between downmarket and midmarket. For the amount of work we do with prior payroll balances the pay does not match the effort it takes to get a deal started
