Pros

Well known company. opened a lot of doors for future opportunities elsewhere. They have business all over the world so if you work there long enough you can transfer to different states or even countries should you speak the language at that location. Benefits provided are above average and better than comparable companies. Decent pay for the position compared to market standards.

Cons

Constraints in upward mobility within the company due to policies. As a CSR you must wait a minimum of 2 years within your position to be allowed to move positions. Management can micro manage at times. All communications are monitored. Screen caps, phone monitoring, website, emails, etc. Ensures proper client communication but can intrude in privacy with other communications.
