Pros

People are friendly and the building has a dining area where you can buy your lunch. Benefits are ok but expensive.

Cons

The job is worth more than what this company pays. I found several companies that pay at least double the amount that ADP pays. I recently accepted a new job offer at one of those companies. Some of the managers don’t dress the part and look raggedy on the job. It’s going downhill quickly from what the retiring employees have been telling me. I was warned that I likely will want to go to a better paying company because of how cheap they keep the workforce. I hate to admit that they were right.
