Pros

Excellent sales training for reps that are just starting out in the industry. Lots of tools and resources to help you do your job well. Great trips and prizes.

Cons

Too many reps calling into the same territory, competing with your peers to get into the same prospects and clients. Too many initiatives and too many external and internal partners trying to get into your account base . Base salary is low and sales process can take a long time. It can be overwhelming. Policy is to go into the office and in other sales jobs you can work from home!
