Pros
Learned some great customer service skills. Coworkers (worker bees) are all nice and caring people. Teammates were great
Cons
ADP does not keep its promises; rests on the laurels of the brand name. Obtained no marketable skills after working there for years. New hires are given full responsibility of client load way too early, makes for angry clients. High turnover. Clients endlessly complain about both softwares. Workload is 2-3 times WAY too heavy for all employees and in all departments. Very stressed employees.... If you care about quality or accuracy, this is NOT the place for you. 4 1/2 days/wk of high stress, 365 days/year. New stuff is thrown at employees without training to figure-it-out later, work out bugs later. Company makes sloppy mistakes on a global scale. All departments understaffed and over worked. "18 months learning curve" tells it all. If you are over 40, you'll be lonely. Considering the office location, not much ethnicity either. Office cubicles are a depressing beige, call center environment. Management plays headgames, doesn't know what the underlings do. Psychological drama nonsense from management
