Pros
Nice office space, ADP allows you to work from home even before the pandemic so it allows a little flexibility and convenience.
Cons
During the busy season you’re overworked to the ground. ADP preaches about good job culture but it is the opposite of that. Most of your implementation team is scattered around the US so it forces your relationships with these people to be virtual. I don’t know if this is the reason for the back stabbing culture ADP has or it could be because it’s almost impossible to get a pay raise. But I’ve never seen in a company where colleagues are eager to throw each other under the bus to your managers and directors over simple miscommunications. Instead of messaging the source the culture of adp is to email you and cc your managers and directors to get answers to a simple question. I didn’t enjoy my time here you meet some great people but the people you do not meet in person seem to want to be toxic as much as they can
