Pros

Working from home 3 days a week still Pay is good Dept is good when compared to others due to call level Good support from colleagues and team members excluding managers

Cons

The managers are horrible, 2 especially. They do not care about anything except for the phones. They micromanage you like crazy and they claim to have an open door policy but when you go to them about things they find ways to make it about you negatively instead of taking any ownership for their actions and how horrible of a manager they are.
