There is an outstanding lack of loyalty to employees, especially for those who have worked there longer than five years. There has been one to two reductions in force each year since 2016. Employees that had dedicated their careers, some over 30 years, were let go. Many long term employees lived, and still live, under the threat of a "refresh". A refresh means letting experienced employees go in order to bring in new employees under the guise of bringing in new skill sets. Part of the problem with this process is that new hires may have new skills, but not ones that are still needed in day-to-day situations.
