Pros

The pay is the absolute only pro.

I would never recommend any person of color to work for ADP. ADP, if they could would only hire white people. This is the most radical company I have ever worked for. They pay you good money but expect you to take all the disrespect that comes with it. They expect to lack morals and be a slave to the dollar. I will not. I did it for a year. It was mentally draining to do this job everyday. You couldn’t get the help you need the proper training. I tried to quit 2x with proper notice, they would never let me. Would always want to talk and promise that things would change. They never did. So i finally took it upon myself to quit, abruptly, to avoid the unwanted talks of staying at a company I didn’t want to be at. Now that I have quit they have blacklisted me and I can’t get a job anywhere. It has never been hard for me to get a job because of my work history. All of sudden since I’ve quit this job, I am selected but then never pass the job verification. ADP tries to take you out in whatever way they can instead of leaving you to go on with your life. They had it out for me the hardest anyway because i did not take mess from them. I kept a backbone, no matter how much they were paying. If you are black, do not bring your knowledge or energy to the company because they are only out to destroy. Every black person that works her has the same story. They chose to be a slave to the dollar, it me.
