Pros

Paycheck Insurance Able to work from home a couple times a week

Cons

No upward mobility. Even lateral mobility is virtually non-existent. Training is very minimal. More like figuring it out as you go. The workload is non-stop. Mandatory overtime at times Mandatory weekend time at times At 5 years with the company, given a single share of stock. That has been the only form of a "bonus" during my time here (8 years) No pay increases (merit or otherwise) for a few of the last 8 years. Blackout period when one is not allowed to schedule time off (from Nov through Feb) Must submit a bid for all of your time off a year in advance.

Pros

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.

Cons

None at all. I love my job.
