      I love my company, benefits from the 1st day and tuition reimbursement among all the other benefits. My manager is the best I have ever had. He really cares

      the long hours..I work a 12 hour shift and that's the norm in NY Company

      People are easy to get along Culture There are no surprises of what needs to be done day after day If you need money and need to get out of a bind, this is great place to earn the financial freedom due to no work-life balance is all work.

      Cons

      Long days depending on your area of work may be 10 hours or 13 hours a day with mandatory OT.
