Pros
It is diversified multinational employee and AECOM is very helpful when you want to work in other country .Very fair in dealing his employee when it comes to assignment to new workplaces.
Cons
Having work with company for almost 6 years now, I have one time increment of my salary .AECOM has reason to give you increment if you deserves the position on site.Hope AECOM will implement a minimum increment every year to cope up the inflation every year .
