This is the worst place to be if you're a junior staff member - specifically the Ogletown (Newark), Delaware office. It's an office full of ex-DuPonters who villify you for criticizing DuPont (even though they're the reason there's any remediation work) and hoard their work so that junior staff can't get billable hours. They will not train you even though they know you're new. They'll even refuse to be a future PE reference if you try to move teams to find billable work because the PMs are so incapable of training younger staff. Just get 1-2 years in and leave for somewhere better.
