AECOM is a world class construction company that has grown significantly through Mergers and Acquisition vs. Organically.
Cons
Can't speak for the company overall, some locations are different than others. Can only address the small IT Services group supporting a Federal Agency in Washington DC. Long hours, no comp time off. They claim to support our Veterans, but don't give the Holiday off and force you to take PTO.
