Pros
My team was amazing - but they came from an entirely different culture and company before being destroyed by a bunch of senior executives who clearly know nothing.
Cons
Terrible culture, no reward/recognition. The biggest complaint - senior management is a joke. They bully their employees and it is allowed to happen. There is no real leadership - they make things happening by applying pressure to the billable employees and laying off the overhead employees. Laying loyal, hard working, employees off a week before Chistmas with no warning...all well they get their big bonuses. Sick.
