AECOM will expose to huge and important/famous projects, work hours and remote flexibility, very diverse pool of employees, and for those who get paid well they actually do get paid well
Cons
Only care about winning jobs to keep people off overhead, any job to bill your hours to will do, meaning a lot of low risk and not very technical work. Also very little to zero training at every level in your career.
